Just a Few Cute Pictures...

Not much going on around here besides feeding, burping, and changing diapers. We just wanted to post a few more pictures we had taken recently of our little munchkin. She was smiling so much this morning when we took some of these but, unfortunately we were not fast enough to catch those on the camera. Also, we had a minor breakthrough in feedings last night. Bianca had been waking up twice between the hours of 10:30PM and 7:30AM for feedings. It appears that last night she dropped one of those feedings so let's keep our fingers crossed that she will keep up the good work. Mommy sure does need the sleep!

Best wishes for a safe and happy New Year to you all!

Santa's Little Helper

Bianca made out like a bandit during her first Christmas. She is not even three weeks old and received more clothes, toys, jewelry, purses, etc. then the rest of us combined. Mommy and Daddy are definitely in trouble... this little girl is going to be spoiled by her grandparents, aunts, and uncles! Bianca dressed up as Santa's little helper but, didn't stay in costume for too long...she found it to be a bit bunchy and was relieved when Mommy put her back in her onesie. Grandma Zarin, Grandpa Ted, and Auntie Parissa have been visiting for about a week and a half now and will be leaving tomorrow to head back to San Diego and Charleston, SC. Bianca will definitely miss all of their hugs, kisses and sweet words. Come back and visit us soon!

Bianca, Family and Friends...

Mark's parents, Grandma Zarin and Grandpa Ted, and sister, Parissa, have been in town for the past week or so to help us with Bianca and visit for the holidays. Bianca is keeping ALL of us busy, busy, busy. She is a good eater so far and sleeps well at night but, she doesn't like to sleep as much during the day. We took her in for her two-week check-up yesterday and we were relieved to find that she had grown about half and inch in length and about 10 ounces in weight since the week prior. Bianca has also been entertaining multiple visitors, including our friends, Mark and Inga, who shot this video. They are expecting twin girls in the near future and Bianca can't wait to have some playmates right down the street!

We are all enjoying this little girl so much and feel more blessed each and every day! More soon...

Bianca's Busy Week!

Bianca had a very busy first week of life... Her Mimi was her visiting for a week to help out Mommy and Daddy and to give Bianca lots of love and kisses. Bianca sure is going to miss her when she leaves tomorrow! Bianca also started to see visitors at home, had her first bath at home, and made a trip to see Dr. Nishihara for her one week check-up. Bianca is now a whopping 7 lbs., which makes her Mommy happy to know that she is getting plenty of food. Mommy and Daddy are exhausted but, can't get enough of this little angel. She smiles and it just melts our hearts... we are in love!

Bianca Soraya Has Arrived!

Baby Bianca arrived at 4:52PM on December 6. She weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. We can not believe how much we loved her from the first moment that we saw her! Bianca came home on Sunday evening and everyone here has been busy feeding, changing and burping her ever since. We can not wait for you all to meet our sweet little angel. Here are some pictures from the hospital. We will post more soon! Lots of love to you all and thank you so much for your calls, flowers, cakes, and dinners!

Awaiting Bianca's Arrival!!!

As most of you know, Mark and I will be going into the hospital tomorrow evening to start the labor and delivery process. In the meantime, we wanted to post some pictures so all our of friends and family from out-of-town (and there are a lot of you!) could see her room. We already love her so much and can not wait for all of you to meet her! Thanks so much for all of your love and support over the past 9 months. We will post some more pictures once we return from the hospital so you can all see her for yourselves!
