A Very Merry Christmas...

Mark's parents and sister came in to spend the holidays with us and we all agreed that this was the best Christmas ever - thanks to Bianca! Mark and I made a Christmas Eve feast and our picky little eater tried some of our turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes (although she still prefers her Trader Joe's Mac and Cheese to anything else!). She opened lots of gifts on Christmas morning and then played with her new toys, books and puzzles for the rest of the day.
Merry Christmas!!!

Still going for the dog's bowls even after Mommy moved them...

Trying on Grandmom Zarin's glasses...

Opening gifts is hard work...sometimes you need a juice break!

Demanding to be pushed in her shopping cart as usual!

First Snow

It is snowing today in Vegas and I couldn't resist taking Bianca out to play in it for the first time! She loved it, she kept holding her hands out to try and catch the snowflakes...

Christmas Parties and Presents

Bianca had a wonderful birthday party. She was so wiped out after her party that she went home and took a long nap and then opened her gifts. She received everything from a hip headband to a pink princess car! The night before her party we went to a friend's house for a Christmas party. There was a lot of yummy food and Christmas caroling. Santa and Mrs. Claus even surprised the kids by showing up with gifts! Of course, Bianca started crying on Santa's lap but, otherwise, she had a great time.
On another note, we took our little munchkin to the doctor yesterday for her one year check-up. She is now 18.11 lbs and 29 inches!

Showing off her new headband!

She loves her new pink princess car.

Snuggling with Lucky...

Listening to Mrs. Claus' story about last Christmas.

Cuddling with her cat (at least Jonathan is a good sport!).

One Year Old Pictures

We had family pictures taken recently, since our little girl was turning one. J. Terrell did a fabulous job! More to come soon from her Ladybug Birthday Bash!

Turkey Day in Florida

We spent Thanksgiving in Florida visiting Mimi and Poppy. We were very blessed to have Gigi there as well as Auntie Parissa. It was a short but, fun-filled trip. Bianca spent a lot of time playing in the garden, feeding the fish in the pond behind the house, demanding to be pushed around in her play shopping cart, and enjoying Poppy's delicious homemade ravioli. We also were able to meet up with some good friends who live in Miami, so they could meet Bianca in person and Mark could catch up with his goddaughter, Brianna. We can't wait to get back to the Sunshine State... next time we want to hit up Disney!!!
