Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch last night...actually, it wasn't a pumpkin patch at all but, it was a fair where they have lots of pumpkins and fun rides for the kiddies! Bianca was very excited to "ride the BLUE choo choo train", "ride the ponies" and of course, see the pumpkins! We ended the night with a yummy dinner at Cheesecake Factory!
P.S. Sorry for the red eyes and the weird spots on some of the pictures...I think it may be time to invest in a new camera...

Lunch with the Boys

Here are a few pictures of Bianca today from our lunch date with some of my friends and their three boys. As you can see, Bianca already has the boys waiting on her!

Our Big Girl

Well, I have to admit...I haven't been that great about taking pictures lately. We have been so busy with the office, getting ready for the new baby, and, of course, I am starting to slow down a little as my belly continues to grow. Mark actually took this picture of Bianca and I had him send it to me because I thought it was too cute not to share. Our "baby girl" is now about to transition to our "big girl". She has crossed a lot of milestones lately... For instance, she is now in a new room in a "big girl" bed (I will post pictures as soon as the room is more finished). It was a little rocky at first but, she is doing pretty well for her naps now and she goes right down for us at night time. She does tend to wake us up a bit earlier than she used to but, she is so sweet when she asks to come into our bed in the morning that I can't resist throwing her in with us. You may have also noticed that in some of her most recent pictures/videos she is wearing underwear instead of diapers. We have been working on potty training for about a week and a half now. Although she still has occasional accidents, I have been really impressed by how quickly she picked it up and has even started telling us when she needs to go. The past two days in a row she has even woken from her naps with a dry pull-up diaper so I am keeping my fingers crossed that she is making progress in that area all by herself as well. All in all, she is just as sweet as she can be and I know she is going to be a wonderful big sister to our new baby girl!

Little Froggies

This Week

The Chars came to stay with us for a few days this past week.  Bianca and Riley played so well together and it was a bit reassuring to see Bianca taking so well to their baby, Ava.  Bianca would wake up from her nap when they were here and the first thing she would say was, "Baby Ava".  We also attended a first birthday party/baptism for our friends' daughter over the weekend.  Bianca had a great time playing with her good friend, Cha-Cha, at the party, having a balloon dolphin made for her, getting her arm painted by Cinderella, hitting the pinata, and of course, eating CAKE!

Bianca and Riley "reading" together...it was hilarious...they both kept asking the other one to "read" the book!
