Butterfly World

I brought the girls to Butterfly World a few weekends ago so Mark could study.  Of course, because we were going to Butterfly World they wanted to wear their "butterfly' clothes.  The girls loved it and have already asked to go back! Bianca particularly liked their Bug Zoo complete with tarantulas, scorpions, beetles, etc....yikes! What I love is their expressions in all of these pictures....priceless!

Ellia was a little fearful of the hundreds of butterflies all around her.  Bianca loved it and kept trying to hold out her arm so one would land on her.

Soon to Be...Mrs. Ford!

One of my dearest friends from high school is getting married at the end of this month.  The other bridesmaids and I hosted a bachelorette trip for her here in Miami.  It was so nice and relaxing to spend a weekend with a bunch of amazing women.  Most importantly though, the bride- to-be had a wonderful weekend and was just glowing with excitement over her upcoming nuptials.  Not only is she stunningly beautiful but, she is one of the sweetest girls I know.

Cheers to the very soon-to-be Mrs. Ford!!!

Rainy Day Fun

I took the girls to Color Me Mine a few weekends ago because it was raining and Mark was trying to study in the house.  The girls were thrilled at the idea of coloring their own pottery!  Bianca chose a dolphin and Ellia chose a bunny rabbit.  They had fun for a little while and then became bored with their pieces and wanted to move on to new pieces in true 4-year-old and 2-year-old fashion.  I was so nervous the entire time we were in the store that they were going to break something that I ended up dropping something and shattering it all over the floor.  Great example, Mommy!
I promise to upload a picture of their final products soon!
