So Big So Fast

Bianca was 15 months old yesterday! Where does the time go? She is just as happy as can be... Her favorite thing to do is play outside. It doesn't matter what we do outside, as long as we are out there. Sometimes she has meltdowns because it is too windy or cold to go out and we have to stay indoors. Her favorite foods are probably blackberries, mac and cheese, and pizza although she hasn't been wanting to eat all that much lately...another phase...Her favorite words are "Daddy", "Ma-Ma" , "This" and "That". Pretty much all objects are either "this" or "that" (besides Mommy and Daddy).
Nothing all that new to report this week, just a typical week running errands with Mommy, going to My Gym, and playing with Daddy in the evenings. We are going to the doctor for her 15 month check-up (and shots :-( ) next week so we will update everyone with her "stats" then.

New Man in Town!

Watch out potential Bianca suitors; there's a new man in town! Well, not quite a man... actually he is almost two years old but, he sure is CUTE! The Chars were in town from CA with Riley and their newborn little girl, Ava. They came over to visit along with some other friends on Saturday and Bianca and Riley have lots of fun playing with her toys and learning to share. By the end of the playdate little Riley was offering Bianca some rocks outside (a hot commodity by toddler standards!) - they really were adorable together! In addition, Bianca had great fun playing in baby Ava's infant carrier. I guess she wants to be "young" again too!

Santa Barbara Zoo

We headed back out to LA last weekend and spent some time at the Santa Barbara Zoo with the Afsharis. Unfortunately, I was so busy packing all of us up that I forgot the camera and Goli's camera died while we were at the zoo. So...the only pictures that I was able to get of Bianca's first trip to the zoo were on my iphone. Not the best but, better than nothing. You can't tell from the pictures but, Bianca LOVED the zoo! She was pretty much in awe of all of the animals that we saw and stared at them with her mouth gaped open. I could just hear the wheels turning in her little head thinking, "These animals aren't just in my books; they really exist!".

Just a few cute shots and a video I took recently. Bianca is getting bigger and bigger every day. She is always with me and I wouldn't have it any other way; she is my little helper! She puts her diapers in the diaper pail, she puts her dirty clothes in the hamper, she will put things in the trash if I ask her... Sometimes though she has her own idea of what we need to do around the house...

Three Little Princesses

We went to visit the Afsharis a couple weekends ago out in LA. Bianca and their two little girls, Kimia and Layla, had so much fun playing together! They taught Bianca how to sit at the "big girl" table to eat her food, they took baths together, went to the park together and even attended a special princess party where they were able to have breakfast with Ariel, the Little Mermaid. Bianca can't wait to visit her two little girlfriends again!
